They promote a Spa/Jacuzzi - it is boken.
They promote a gym - all the machines are broken.
This is a very cheap hotel that by 'hostel' standards is acceptable, but unless you plan to sleep here and do nothing else, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
To be fair some staff were pleasant and helpful, but there was one old (and over-wait) lady who made you feel like you were dragging her through hot coals just to even acknowledge your presence at the check in desk. Don't expect smiles.
